About Us
RITTENHOUSE SQUARE
The Rittenhouse Square Condominium Association is currently managed by a nine-member Board of Directors. The Board's goal is the comfort and well-being of the residents and community. Our management company handles all financial matters and maintenance issues.
The Board members are all volunteers and serve three-year terms. Three Board members are elected each year by the Association in order to guarantee continuity and experienced leadership. Board meetings are held monthly on the third Wednesday at 7:00 pm in the Clubhouse. All Association members and residents are welcome to attend.
